To lock in your event date with Natalie, a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required $150 for bridal bookings & $50 for event bookings, Event dates will remain unconfirmed and open for other bookings until a booking fee is received. Please be aware that holding a date tentatively is not an option.
For mobile wedding services there is a requirement of at least 4 adults to secure the booking.
Single booking cancellations or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Wedding cancellations must be notified at least 30 days in advance. Failing to do so will require full payment. This policy covers cancellations due to various reasons, including personal, financial, family issues, health pandemics, regulatory changes, health advisories, weather conditions, travel restrictions, and venue closures. Once an invoice is issued, the number of applications cannot be reduced, and the full invoice amount is due. If someone is unable to attend, you may substitute another person. Full payment is required if a wedding is canceled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date.

Full payment is required the Monday prior before the service day, If you prefer cash payment it must be all organised on your end prior to the day and prepared for me in a envelope with the correct figure inside.
A minimum one-hour fee applies for all mobile services. Additional charges for tolls, parking, and early start times may apply. Changes in location or start times after invoice issuance may affect the final invoice due to these additional costs.
Touch-ups are available as an additional service. This is only offered for weddings within the Melbourne Metro area.
For cancellations enforced by government regulations (such as lockdowns), the client will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee can be credited towards a future date. If Natalie is unavailable on the new date, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
A surcharge of $20 per person applies for bookings on Public Holidays, including the Easter long weekend.
-If you need to cancel or transfer your appointment please let me know, deposits will be forfeited in both circumstances in order to cover me for the work I have turned away holding that appointment time for you.
-No shows that aren’t an emergency will no longer be welcome in my chair and I will not re book you.
-I allow a 10-15 minute grace period for lateness as I know things can potentially pop up however beyond this time I will have to turn you away, I need to be fair for the next clients time slot and I can’t and won’t rush my work to fit you in a shorter time slot.
